Temporary stores are shops that pop up along the streets of the cities, that stay open for a limited period of time and that sell unique products, difficult to find elsewhere.
During Christmas, temporary stores invade the streets of Milan, thus allowing citizens and tourists to linger a little bit more in the Christmas shopping frenzy.
For five years, the Del Carmine e Borgo Paglianetto Company has been packing their products and going to Milan.
Here, for two weeks, from Thursday 10 to Wednesday 23, December from 10.00 to 19.00, the
Del Carmine e Borgo Paglianetto Company turns a small shop into a temporary store, enriched with the Christmas spirit and the products coming from the Marche region.
Oils, wines, cheeses, meats and desserts find space on the counters and attract visitors into the store, thanks to their superfine fragrances. The company is famous for its products reliability: without using any type of pesticides, it manufactures its products in a 100% natural and safe way.
Tortona 9 is an exhibition space in the heart of the Milanese design, Via Tortona.
Born as a factory, over the years it has become a multi-purpose structure: part showroom, part apartment. For Christmas, it opens its doors to a temporary store: unique creations of international designers will be exhibited and bought by the earliest birds.
Jewelry, prints, and decorative objects: really unique items for unexpected gifts!
The showroom in Tortona 9 opens on December 10 from 17.00 to 20.00, and it will stay open until December 13 from 11:00 to 18:30.
The Occitaine is one of the most famous brands in the world of cosmetics: 100% natural, it produces creams and perfumes from the best raw materials.
The most popular Occitaine store is probably the one in Corso Buenos Aires: small and crowded, it is not easy, in the midst of people, to smell the perfumes, to weigh the creams and to choose something to take home with you.
The temporary store in Piazza Duca d’Aosta, near the Central Station, instead, is the perfect destination if you want a scented gift while being pampered by the saleswomen attentions who, between a traveler with a suitcase and one with a backpack, always manage to dedicate a smile and a piece of advice to their customers.
The temporary store stays open until 29 February, every day from 08.00 to 21.00.

Until Christmas Eve, Corso Garibaldi 16 will host a temporary store of the well-known brand of whiskey, Johnnie Walker.
From 10.00 to 20.00, you will be welcomed in a small and elegant environment, tastefully decorated and with minimalist bottles of Johnnie Walker exposed. You can taste and discover the tricks of the whiskey making and buy one of the special editions: our favorite is the Johnnie Walker Blue Label, dedicated to Milan and treasuring a print with the most famous Milanese landmarks.

Pandoro is a traditional Italian sweet yeast bread. Typical a Veronese product, pandoro is sold in Milan too, especially during Christmas. Bauli is the number one producer of pandoro all around Italy. And, from December 3 to 31, the first Bauli temporary store opens its door to the city of Milan.
The store, with large windows and pink furniture, collects lines of pandoro, from the classic vanilla-scented to the most original ones.
Take one with you to impress your guests. Try the one with nuggets of chocolate and apricot or 750g Pan de Oro. For every purchase, you can also customize the package with a special card!
